With less than a month until the May 21 primary election, televised debates between the Democratic gubernatorial candidates are starting to take shape. The following debates will be televised, starting Wednesday, April 24.

• Hey Kentucky!’s Matt Jones will host the first live televised Democratic gubernatorial debate Wednesday, April 24. The event will take place at Transylvania University at the Carrick Theatre between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. EST. Please arrive early as doors will close before 7 p.m.
• WDRB will host a gubernatorial debate at its headquarters on April 30, at 7:00 p.m. EST.
• KET will host a debate on May 13 at 8 p.m. as part of their Kentucky Tonight program.
